Try adding more purple to your diet!
Purple foods such as concord grapes, blueberries, plums, pomegranates, acai berries, red wine, and even eggplants are very high in antioxidants. Purple foods have been shown to protect your heart and vision, promote mental focus, and increase longevity. Research has indicated that purple foods may even be used to prevent or cure cancer.

The cramps suck, but for one week of three months. I found my periods to be VERY light, but they never really were all that heavy to begin with. I LOVED seasonale.

I love this birth control pill. First I only get my periode every 3 months. My periodes did not change, so they did not get worse, I don't get bad cramps, I never get migraines (but i don't get them anyway). I did get irregular bleeding for the first few months but then it stopped. I will get my periode if i forget to take my pill for three days though, which i don't do unpurpose. I do like these pills over taking the depo-provera because i hate shots. I find with these pills i can regulate my periode so that if i am away somewhere warm and swimming is involded, i know that i can simply not take my sugar pills and not have a periode at all.

the worst period ever when it does come around quarterly. I would stay away from this drug, it is worth having a period every month just to avoid these symptoms.

The worst form of oral contraceptives. I would rather have a period every month, rather than a killer, debilitating period every 3 months.

the worst form of birth control. When you do get your peroid, it is the worst. The cramps, the headaches, the back pain. I would rather have my period once a month for the rest of my life.
