09 Jul 2011 Metformin (daily) along with diet and daily exercise helped me lose ~50 pounds of weight and bring down my blood sugars to about 100 +/-20 points in about 3 years, Now, I am off metformin and any other medication for diabetes, and control my blood sugar ~100 only with healthy diet and daily exercise.

15 Jun 2011 Personally i dont really like these tablets because of their size, their big horse pills that get annoying after a while but hte good thing abou it and the most important thing about it is that it helps me with my diabetes or it controls it.
