The active ingredient of this medication is Pyridostigmine and inactive Ingredient is tribasic calcium phosphate. It is manufactured by Vagal Mestinon.

10 May 2014 A combination of Lecithin 1200 mgm (Choline) and Manganese l0 mom twice daily has, I believe helped me as much as or more than Mestinon.
