My eyes were beginning to reject my contact lenses; I had a lot of what seemed to be infections etc. and later in the day I'd have to use a lot of re-wetting drops to correct blurriness. Driving at night was quite scary (for everyone in the car as well as me.) As glasses are really difficult to wear (my prescription's -6, -1) my eye doc suggested I use this every day until it becomes necessary to have corrective surgery. Alrex helps enormously and I find driving at night much easier now. I AM concerned about side effects, particularly as I'm asthmatic and have already had my fair share of steroids, but I don't seem to have any so far. I do have to get eye pressure checked next doctor visit.
