15 Nov 2017 I developed stomach cramps with age or possibly due to string antibiotic dose which I took 3 years ago to get rid of viral fever which otherwise was clashing with a holiday plan. Anyone in my situation would not have stopped going to see a doctor. However, I strongly believe in nature cure. After trying with many such items, finally ajwain appears to have got rid of the problem. Boil ajwain powder with dry ginger powder 1 teaspoon each in 2 cups of water until the quantity reduces to one cup and drink like tea. You can also use with green tea.

24 Mar 2017 I am consuming ajwain since i was in class 7and now i am 27yrs old... I am addicted to ajwain..Sometimes i feel that i can't live without ajwain. I consume around 1kg in a month.Can u plzzz share its real sideffects..I really need ur suggestion..Even i swallow handfull of raw ajwain and if it is roastd than i only dnt kbow how much more i will consume.. I love both raw and roasted ajwain alot.. plzz help me
