This medication changed my life. I almost failed high school. I got my BA-MA-Phd in late 30's on a 10-15 cup of coffee/day habit. Once I got a full-time job I was so exhausted from staying focused that i slept most weekends. For many years I could never figure out quite what was wrong with me/why I couldn't stay in the moment. This drug is the difference between whether I sleep or not.. If I forget or do not take it, because I am out of it, I do NOT sleep at all, until about 4-5 am. I LOVE this drug and for me, it has virtually NO side effects.

Withdrawal systems are severe and therefore I continue to take 8 tablets a day every day, even when I don't need them. I find if I go out for the day and I forget to take Solpodol with me, I am in a panic and usually have to get home! The Doctor has never questioned the amount I get each month.

I stopped using this because of the side effects. At first it was great. But then I began sleeping longer and longer. I had trouble getting up in the mornings and all I wanted to do all day was go back to bed. We adjusted the dosages which did help a little but not enough.
