Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.

When you are in intense pain-as I was you would do anything- If they had said they could cut my arm off I would have said yes please.This drug DID work for me- I was taking 600MG a day!! Didnt realise what a massive dose this was- It was brilliant for pain control but they dont tell you about withdrawral symptoms. I am having problems with swelling, rash, dizziness and left hip pain. I can't walk for more than 5-10 minutes before it feels like something is trying to rip my hip joint apart.. This pain didn't start until I had been on Benicar for about a week. ( I had tried another BP med and had swelling in both legs to the point of not being able to walk)

I was on Yaz before. I had two periods a month! So my dr put me on femcon fe and now I have had headaches and nausea for a week. It sucks... I don't recommend it.
