Doctors changed me from generic Levo to Tirosint. Was fine for the first 6 weeks. At the 6 week mark began to experience pain in my foot which became severe nerve pain, numbness, and tingling in both feet over the course of a 3 weeks. I experienced a Pulmonary Embolism in my right lung. While at the hospital, the histology department ran 5 tests on me to see if I have a genetic condition. It turns out I have a condition called Lupus Anticoagulant, which naturally thickens my blood. I will have to on Wafarin Sodium for the rest of my life, and I have to have my INR level checked every three weeks to make sure it isn't too thick or too thin.
