I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. I have seasonal allergies that triggers my asthma. In order to control the allergies my doctor recommended Claritin. One day after taking a dose I was fine and it definately cures symptoms. The second day I took another dose the same time on an empty stomach and experienced crazy blurred vision in specific spots in my eyes. I got really nervous but within 20 mins it went away. When first using Atralin, my skin became very dry and began to peal. A moisturizer is needed when using this product. After a couple of weeks the dryness of my skin decreased, but the sensitivity remained. For Atralin to work properly, one must keep a regular schedule of application of this product. It is a product that makes things worse before it gets better.

epazote can be found at the Korean farmers market $0.99 a pack fresh. Since I don't like the smell of it, I make the tea with a few fresh leaves and make coffee with the tea. It has help a lot with my arthritis and asthma.
