Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. I had bad pain in my ankle and took the lortab while I was at work. It made me very tired and I didnt coordinate very well. It didnt work to take the pain away and I think that is what made my patience worse

I take carbimazole and had very swollen eyes.A very good specialist opperated on them and took away all the fatty tisue.The difference it made to my self confidence is imeasurable.I could not thank this man enough.That was twelve months ago. I would prefer not to be on birth control, however, I have terrible cysts which will hospitalize me if I am not on the pill. Overall, I have had numerous complications. Abdominal, heart, chest wall, weight gain, extreme exhaustion, decreased libido.
