Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. My four-day experience with Pristiq was simply not worth hanging on for better effects down the road. I experienced extreme nausea and headaches. For this reason along with the fact that my insurance company would pick up only $11.00 of the $125 per month cost, I stopped cold turkey. Although the drug did it's job is lessening the pain, I am always very reluctant to take it because of how drowsy it makes me. Although I can tolerate it better, I still feel like I am movie extremely slowly compared to everyone/everything else when I take the medication.
