I make an anti-fungal salve for my mother using olive oil infused with black walnut husks. She has suffered with foot fungus all her life and had very LITTLE relief from her doctor's prescriptions. This is the only thing that helps her. I also add a few drops Manuka essential oil to the salve.

I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!
