This drug also works as an 'antispasmodic' (slows digestion) making it a godsend for those of us who have had Ulcerative Colitis, Chrones Disease, IBS, Colon Cancer, etc. -related surgeries. Advil pm works in getting me to sleep and keeping me asleep for at least 8hours. I have experienced the most vivid dreams I have ever had. I can actually remember theses dreams all day after awakening. The next night I wonder what I would dream of next and sure enough every night I take Advil Pm I have such realistic, vivid dreams. I belive that naringenen made my viral load drop to negative. When I was on hep c treatment alone I was positive in my lab. After I started naringenen with my hep c treatment medications I tested negative on my viral load. I am in my 5th month of treatment. I believe the naringenen played a role in my negative viral load.

I take this medicine simultaneously with Omeprazole Dr and they both give me strong side effects. I was diagnosed with H. Pylori a few months back and it turns out after an endoscopy and biopsy, that it still exists. I asked my doctor to prescribe something else but they informed me that any medicine dealing with H. Pylori is going to have strong side effects.

When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms.
