My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. Like it, but wish there was something a little better. I feel like I should have lost more weight with synthroid, but instead, nothing ever changed after I went hypo from being hyperthyroid.

I have really bad cramps and when I take midol compared to pain reliever or pamprin It helps to the max level needed to be able to move about my day. During my period if I didn't have midol I would not be able to function for the first couple of days.
