I am on day 8 of prevpac for h pylori gastritis. Diarrhea, strange taste in mouth and dry mouth started from day 1, but they did not bother me so much. From day 6 I started stomachache and severe fatigue, tachycardia. I am wondering whether I should stop the med. I learned that in Japan this same combination of medications are prescribed only for 7 days as the standard treatment for h pylori and there is much higher incidence of h pylori infection in Japan. This is an effective product. I have so far not had any side-effects or problems. My thyroid level testing has always come back consistent - which gives me the assurance the medicine is working. I highly recommend this product (...and recommend ignoring the internet campaign to bash it and all the sythethic thryoid medicines).

Isotretinoin is a nightmare, if you are thinking of taking it DONT! 3 years after go off the drug my bones still creak every time i climb a step, my liver is still recovering and more recently I have been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism.
