from the time I started taking it I have developed a pain under the right side of my rib it feels like my liver or kidney I had all kind of check ups no can't find what is the problem .

Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. I'm 24 yrs old and I took the 3 Gardasil shots, I had not immediate side effects until about 2 weeks after my last shot I started feeling week, tired and sleeping more than usual. I started breaking out baddly on my face and back, its nothing like I have ever experienced before. To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted!
