I have always had a lot of joint pain and headaches. I take Tylenol to get rid of them. When I was younger, I used to break bones a lot and taking Tylenol helped once they had healed and I just had aches.

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I took lysteda three years, symthoms got way worse, lost hair, miserable, went to new doctor, needed surgery, for large fibroid and polyp, took one hour , and never bled again, should of did this a long time ago, three months and feel great, get second apinion, or third, I did, wish I did not waist so much time, was not worth it, I was on sofa one week a month for over three years, even on the lysteda, get help.
