The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. I have been taking esipram now for 1 month and can say it has helped me tremendously. I take 10mg a day i the morning. It only took 5 days before i felt the anxiety decrease and my moods lifted. not sure the time period i wil stay on them for but for now my life is so much better because of them. I was always against anti depressents always considered myself mentally strong, we all have our breaking points i have experienced mine, and now i am rebuilding my mental health day by day.

I started Lutera in March 09 and I have had the worst most severe mood swings ever, no period still from coming off depo, breast tenderness, nausea, constant diarrhea, headaches, mild acne, weight gain. I starting to wonder if it's even worth continuing on this bc pill!

It is common to experience some stinging or burning when you place the drops in the eyes. However, I hope the burning didn't continue afterward. If the burning doesn't subside after a short period of time, you should seek medical attention to ensure you aren't allergic to any of the ingredients or experiencing some adverse effect. Went to the doctor after about two years of being in constant bummed-out moods. He diagnosed me with dysthymia (mild, chronic depressed state), and prescribed me with Celexa. After about a year, my moods are much improved and normalized, I can concentrate on tasks better, and I don't dwell on negative experiences. The main issue with the medication is that I think it makes me a bit more tired, though I have always required a lot of sleep.
