it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be . I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? I know it's been a short time sense I've been taking Yaz. 2 weeks actually, but ever sense day one i've been tired, irratable and having EXTREME headachs. I've been bleeding heavy for 14 days now also the cramping has gotten WAY worse. I was put onto this pill to help with crapming and to make my cycle shorter and lighter, its done the complete opposite. Claritin RediTabs are my preferred allergy medicine choice, especially during spring when everything's in bloom. It worked very quickly and I didn't need water to take them because they are dissolvable tablets. It was extremely effective. My severely runny nose went away, I stopped sneezing, and my watery eyes cleared up. I had a little bit of a dry nose, but I think that was mostly from using too many tissues.
