I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing. Claritin changed my life. I had terrible "seasonal allergies", and unfortunately, my allergies were problematic spring, summer and winter. I am an active athlete, and my performance was greatly effected by my allergies. Since taking Claritin my allergies have all but gone away, and I can lead a normal life. I like miralax because I am able to just add it to my morning coffee. However, it causes me to have gas very often and I do not like that. It also causes you to go to the bathroom more often, which can be annoying.

I have been taking this medicine for 2 years, for migraines, and I am now starting to really see problems. I have gotten to the point now that I am lossing my short term memory, even important events! Which makes me terribly afraid. Urinating is difficult as well. I am also very irritable. Another thing is blurred vision. I am seeing my doctor this afternoon to discuss other options.
