I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! Pepcid is great, seriously, it is. One of the best pills I've had for acid reflux and digestive problems in ages. I've had a serious condition with this for a while and no other pill helped me more than pepcid. Thanks!!

I experienced a Pulmonary Embolism in my right lung. While at the hospital, the histology department ran 5 tests on me to see if I have a genetic condition. It turns out I have a condition called Lupus Anticoagulant, which naturally thickens my blood. I will have to on Wafarin Sodium for the rest of my life, and I have to have my INR level checked every three weeks to make sure it isn't too thick or too thin.

Started out with 50mg 2x daily for a week, with no improvement. 2nd week took 75mg 2x daily with some good improvement in numbness/tingling. Third wee took 100mg 2xdaily and was so dizzy, could not walk in straight line. Had to hold on to the wall to walk. Only took 3 doses and had to stop. Went back to 50mg till I can get off it. Ataivan works better but does cause some drowziness.

I took Xyzal back on April 20th and April 21 only to find myself in the hospital. I only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallcinations. My 2 sisters took me to the ER where they said it was a reaction to the medication. It was like being on drugs. It was so scary that now I am going to see a phychiarist for anxiety that I am experiencing because I am afraid to go to sleep. To see me like this you would have expected that I was on LSD. I was skeptical when doctor said there was a connection between my acid reflux and my sinus headaches but controling the reflux has almost eliminated the headaches. It isn't 100% but it is a vast improvement
