I take pristiq with wellbutrin(150 mg) every day. The combination helps to manage my depression and anxiety. I have a very stressful job and have had a tremendous amount of stress in my life due to personal and professional events. I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

Have serious concerns about this drug.Causing extreme pain in all muscles.My Mum was able to walk three month ago, now she can barely stand up. Her back, arms and legs ache constantly, worse at night. She was diagnosed with an essential tremor years ago.I have never seen her like this, despite the tremor. The first night I took Tizanidine, I was very drowsy and dizzy as if I were in a drunken stupor. I could not function at normal speeds and could not even stay awake to read a paper. Every night after the first night, I was fine!

I feel sick, is there any other kind of treatment for stomach ulcer?, I just hope it will help me to cure my ulcer. I think it is too many pills I have to take, and I think of the possible damage it can cause to my body.
