This medication along with Prometrium has changed my life. I was a balling maniac. If some one asked how are you doing I would burst into tears. I was having hot flashes that where making me feel like all of a sudden I was thrown into a 500% pizza oven. Now life is good. No more out burst of tear, swollen eyes, of feeling like some one was useing my eye balls for an ice skating rink. THANKS A LOT

I thought the strength of my memory was lowering due to my age (33) .. but perhaps it is related to the generic Xanax. But on a positive, this solution has had the least amount of side-affects over any other anti-anxiety option for me personally. Anti-depressants put a lot of weight on me and took away my libido. No sign of that now and I've been on 1mg XR for well over a year now.

When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. I did gain a little weight but i think it is starting to come off (I've been on Femcon for about 5 months now). I have tried other birth control pills before and they were not for me. I was given the marcaine prior to having injections in my back. It did a really good job at numbing the area that they were injecting so I felt the least amount of pain possible.
