I've been searching everywhere to see if anyone else has had the same violent physical reaction to Candex. I am happy I found this page with a couple of posters who have had identical side effects. A year ago, I was put on a regimen of vitamins, fish oil, probiotics, etc., and completely cleaned up my diet. It was recommended that I also introduce Candex, which I did. Anything to feel better! I have no option but to take prednisone but it has destroyed the skin on my legs and it is now paper-thin. I have numerous bruises and am prone to skin-tearing and as a resukt, cellulitis. Prednisone also caused severe cataracts which almost cost me my eye-sight, it has weakened my bones, and elevated my heart beat.
