I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month. Tylenol is fairly effective for me when treating headaches and other pain related problems. However, it usually takes longer to work than Excedrin or Advil. I prefer Advil over other pain relievers.

I've had sinus problems for over 30 years. Nose spray used to relieve stuffyness and no nose doctor could help with medications. Was taking perscription Alegra-D but it stopped working after a few months. Caritin-D 12 hr continues to work allowing me to get restful sleep at night.
