I have a lot of allergies and I tend to get a rash at least once a day. When it becomes so bad that I can't stop scratching, I take the Benadryl. It works well for me and it works very very fast. I would recommend it to anyone. The only thing I don’t like is that even the non-drowsy Benadryl makes me very sleepy. But the positives weigh out the negatives in this case.

Maxalt works great if you take it right when you start feeling a migraine coming! It does make me sleepy and have to urinate a lot but I'd rather that then the migraine. However, since I've been put on Topamax, I'm not sure the Maxalt works right anymore. I've only had to take the Maxalt once since my doctor allowed me to have both again, so it may have just been a rogue migraine. Hopefully with the next one it will work.

I am taking Proscar (finasteride) in its non-prescribed use as a hair loss drug. After taking it for 6 months, I have seen an effective stop to my hair loss, and an increase in the density of my hair in the front. New vellous (small/white) hairs are popping up around my scalp, and some of them continue to darken. I love the pill, but it does make me feel a little crazy. It has a weird effect on my emotional stability and it sometimes causes me to get angry or upset for no reason.
