What was interesting about the drug was how dry it made my skin. My lips were so dry, chapped and red. They always peeled, and my skin seemed so much more dry. Accutane has cured any previous acne I had on my chest and back. From time to time I get a pimple or two, but this is recent. A year after accutane, I was still getting nasty breakouts.

just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. Accutane has been the best thing for me. It has really cleared my face up and help me get confidence in myself. The only side effects that I experienced was dry skin, chapped lips, and dry eyes.
