My 15 year old son has ADHD. He has been on numerous stimulants over the years as well as Strattera. The stimulants caused decreased weight and appetitie and increased frustration. While they helped with focus, the tradeoffs were difficult. He currently is on Vyvanse 50 mg daily and began Intuniv 1mg three weeks ago and has titrated up to 3 mg. I don't use tylenol unless I really have to, and it is usually in very small amounts and only for temporary relief of a headache. It is effective almost always.

The blood clot potential is very high relative to the same side effect in other birth control tablets. I think the testing process should be extended by the FDA to ensure consumer safety.
