It worked better than Cymbalta, but does not come close to the efficacy of Effexor XR. I was hoping for mood improvement like Effexor XR used to provide, but all I experienced was a mild improvement over the Cymbalta. Disappointed overall with its performance and ready to try something else.

Sandostatin-Lar was very good at controlling my diarrea at first, but as the months wnet on I started to be very sick and had most of the serious side effects. Tingling in hands and feet, bloating leading to a lot of pain, vomiting acid, back ache, pain every time I ate due the wind build up. Advil is a great OTC medicine for minor pains like headaches, toothaches, and even menstrual cramps. It has been effective for me while not producing any negative side effects. However, it may not work as well on more stronger and long-term pains.
