I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. What was interesting about the drug was how dry it made my skin. My lips were so dry, chapped and red. They always peeled, and my skin seemed so much more dry. Accutane has cured any previous acne I had on my chest and back. From time to time I get a pimple or two, but this is recent. A year after accutane, I was still getting nasty breakouts.

have been on Effexor 12 yeas after trying several others Have found the XR dosing not as effective as the 3/times per day. have tried chging medications, however the withdrawal symptoms have not been worth it, so I continue on Effexor, the most effective for me

While one of Gleevec's side affects is diarreha (mine was really severe) I found that by taking 1000mg of vitamin D every other day almost completely stopped it. I didn't find that out until after losing 35 lbs. but if it helps someone else, great. Puffy eyes for 7 years now have made my eyes so beat up looking. Haven't found anything that really helped that.
