epazote can be found at the Korean farmers market $0.99 a pack fresh. Since I don't like the smell of it, I make the tea with a few fresh leaves and make coffee with the tea. It has help a lot with my arthritis and asthma.

tylenol really helps me and reliefs all my pain. and makes me feel fresh and nice and stress free. it makes me concentrate more. and makes me stay focus

I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing. This is the only medication that helped me get rid of my flu, and I would highly recommend it to anybody. Concerning the side effects, I think it depends on the individual. For me, it didn't cause me that much trouble.
