The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I noticed blurred vision and tummy pain but I persisted and it went away in a couple of weeks. I feel so much better and the yeast infections are gone. I think my skin feels smoother and looks clearer as well.I am very happy! This is a mild supplement. I think if I had known about apple pectin, and drinking more water, I doubt I would have has these side effects! LOVE Candex, will NEVER be without it!
