My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. When I switched to Microgestin I started getting extreme dry mouth, especially at night time when laying down. I will wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth/gums will be completely dry to the point where I can't make my own saliva. Also, I've gained a lot of weight since taking it. Im happy with the weight loss Ive recieved from Adipex-p. Im undergoing doctors care now for my pain. Im not sure my pain is from the medicine or not. I just had an MRI of my neck on Tues. I may have a ruptured disk. I do work in a factory.
