After having taken Advil PM for the last month due to difficulty sleeping I have had randomly, really bad nightmares on several occasions. Waking up with an accelerated heartbeat and remembering most of the very vivid dreams. I do not drink and only take a prescription medicine during the day, as prescribed...this is not a good reaction and should be noted by the drug company as people can related heart problems.

There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.

I was prescribed Lupron to stop my periods, which were always painful with heavy bleeding. Since I was in treatment for early stage breast cancer, it was also recommended to control the estrogen, which helped to produce my tumour. I had had two 1-month shots and I am never taking this drug again. I can stand the hot flashes, the exessiuve sleepiness in my case and the feeling of weakness in the muscles. It was a very bad experience being on this medication. I definitely suffered through rough side affects, and I would not want anyone else being on it if they have to go through the same conditions.
