Try adding more purple to your diet!
Purple foods such as concord grapes, blueberries, plums, pomegranates, acai berries, red wine, and even eggplants are very high in antioxidants. Purple foods have been shown to protect your heart and vision, promote mental focus, and increase longevity. Research has indicated that purple foods may even be used to prevent or cure cancer.

I probably need to add that the needed dosage of Prilosec (or its generic) has since dropped by 1/2.

I was taking Calcium (usually calcium carbonate) in various forms; my teeth seem to demand it. My Chiropractor said that the body has a hard time with it. I was foggier in the head, mildly stressed. I took the Calcium Lactate (presumably from milk) in great moderation (I drink lots of milk anyway) and my body apparently tried dumping the Calcium Carbonate, as I got stiffer and had to lean on the Magnesium pretty hard for a while, plus I acquired a slight Calcium Carbonate taste in my mouth at that time. Now my head is a bit clearer, and I wake up more rested.
