I've tried many other pain killers for my lower back injury, but these seem to work the best, with minimal side effects. Granted, I could use something heavier, but then the side effects outweigh the benefits of pain relief.

I had Graves Disease about 8 years ago,took docs a year to sort it out, had all the heart meds too. Then it was sorted out. Since then i have had Hyperthroidism about three times since - it just wont go away. Back on Carbims again. On 5 mg three times a day now have been retested and its hardly reduced it so have to up the dose to 4 tabs daily - doc said two am,two pm. It is being taken by me for 15 days,but stil I am hopping the results.I read somewhere about gokshura that it increase the man harmon.I have taking the Himalaya Co. named Gokshura I don't know it is real medicine,please some body help real Gokshura company's name and where can I find it.

I would have thought 3 months is a long enough trial, I don't think therefore that this one is going to work for you... Have you tried anything else? If this is the next in a long list of "things to try" then can I suggest that you go back to your GP and ask for a dermatology referral. There is a drug called Roaccutane ( you may have heard of it) Yes, its strong and Yes, it does have side effects, but it is effective against acne when all else has failed.
