Taken as needed (once every month or 2) for anxiety and tremors of the hand. Has made me confident to do things I would never imagine being able to do in the past. I truely believe that my daughter lost her life to this vaccine and I feel it needs more study that did not take place BEFORE my daughter was vaccinated. I am appalled at what I have learned about this vaccine and how the FDA and the CDC's has been in this loop of lies! Okay, Day 1 was interesting. I broke in hives where I applied the testim. Note to beginners-only apply on shoulders and upper arms. I made the mistake of putting some on my collarbone and that's were it itches the most. I was using samples the doctor gave me but went to pick up the prescription from Costco. I spoke to the pharmacist and he recommended taking a benadryl when I apply the gel. It works for me since I'll be going to bed soon after. As for the side effects, I do feel a sl... I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.
