In a study of 11,813 girls receiving the Gardasil vaccine, 2 developed rheumatoid arthritis, 5 developed arthritis, 1 developed reactive arthritis, and 1 developed juvenile arthritis. In the control group of similarly-aged young girls, all of whom received placebo shots also containing aluminum , 1 recipient developed lupus and 2 developed arthritis. LoEstrin is like a godsend to me. Since taking it, my periods have been significantly lighter and last only 3-4 days instead of the very heavy long (8-9 days) flow I used to have. Also, this medication has significantly minimized my cramps from very severe (used to have to stay home in bed) to barely noticeable. I would highly recommend this medication to anyone who is suffering from extreme periods.

amitriptyline was added to my other medications because I was grinding my teeth at night and not getting rested sleep. This medication had to be increased after taking 50 mg/day for several years and is now back to working pretty well.

I have experienced extreme incontinence after only 2 doses (1 2mg tablet and 1 4mg tablet).. I have been really really tired and confused and have had difficulty driving and remembering things I've done during the day. Needless to say I'm taking myself off this medication. I don't know why my doctor put me on it in the first place; I'm not schizophrenic.

I have been off of this birth control for about 4 months. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my hair on the top/front of my head begin to thin. Recently it has become very thin. In certain lights you can clearly see my scalp. After reading quite a few articles on the internet I am starting to think my discontinuation of Ortho Tri Cyclen could be the reason. I have become extremely depressed over my thinning hair. I am afraid it will continue to get worse until I am entirely bald!
