I have endometriosis and was prescribed YAZ for my birth control to help my symptoms and clear up my acne. While it worked for the first 8 months or so, all of a sudden my period just wouldn't end. I continued bleeding, all the time non stop no matter what pill in the pack I was on. I went to the doctor and tried taking Naproxen with the YAZ to see if that would help kick start the YAZ back to action, but to no avail. I am switching off of the YAZ in a few days because of this. Purchased Alli when it first came on the market. Followed directions and diet exactly and was rewarded with severe constipation. At the time the drug company wasn't even recognizing this as a side effect and on there forums would only comment that they were looking into it. Ugh Very bad experience. I discontinued use and thank god Costco returned my money.

Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.
