I've been taking Reclipsen for about 3 months now and it's been alright. Slight mood swings, little bit of nausea in the mornings, and some pretty gnarly headaches but thats it. No weight gain. No acne. No spotting. No cramping. I'm starting on the brand name version (Desogen) this month because planned parenthood didn't have any Reclipsen left, and I'm hoping that things will stay the same. Benadryl works great for me- that is, it works fast and relieves all of my allergy symptoms (which are very severe). However, it makes me extremely drowsy, so unfortunately I cannot take it if I have anything to do.

I just tried it and feel a lot better , I have had terrible sciatic nerve pain in my hip and that goes down the leg for nearly 3 months. Its helped alot with the pain and relaxs the muscle spasms with sciatica pain. Also really seems to have helped with the inflammation which is why I mainly wanted to try it. So I recommend it too for anyone that is going through pain with sciatic pain/ inflammation.

cranberry extract supplement helps with the uti symptoms. awake every morning with headache and joint pain; take ibu fr that and it seems to help. upset stomach, unfortunately feel increased sex drive. overall mood improvement ;tho valleys still exist.
