The doctor says that my blood pressure is good, but sometimes I feel tensed and stresses, weak, tired, out of balance, and chest pain mostly at night.. I also have an increase hearthbeat. I must say that the medication works, but too many side effects. So at the end of the day, what is the point of having such a medication which increases and decreases your well-being at the same time?

For greatest effectiveness, should be prepared as an infusion. The standard preparation is about 4 oz per liter of boiling water infused for at least 4 hours. Lengthy infusion extracts a large amount of the minerals that contribute to a healthy nervous system and bone health (calcium, magnesium, etc) that you don't really get from extracts, capsules etc

I found that if I just take my vitamins everyday and drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies I'm better off than the side effects and little positive effect I got from Prozac.

I started taking it almost daily for about two weeks when my knee was bothering me. It worked so well that it became habit because I am on my feet all day at work. Tylenol really does take my headaches away. The tylenol i use most often is the 8 hour tylenol. I also use it for the pain i feel in my shoulder because of my injury in wrestling.
