Please don't start Agomelatine with these side-effects in your mind. Wait and see what it does for you. everybody reacts different and it could be the right one for you! I began running the end of January 2010 and my knee pain became worse and I began to experience intermal swelling that was noticable on the outside. I take Loestrin mainly as birth control rather than to relieve irregular periods. It's been an effective birth control but it can give me occasional cramping and abdominal pains.
