I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Perhaps they are less severe than other anti-fungals, but they do exist, in my experience. http://www.enzymestuff.com/rtdieoff.htm

Midrin was wonderful, but I grew out of it. According to my doctor, it really only works for kids and teens. It didn't always help with the full blown migraine, but it did wonders if taken at onset. I did experience a lot of nausea, but as long as I took the medication with food (hard to do with a migraine), it wasn't so bad.

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I have used Azo over the years for UTI's but not for a whole week. I found out that using it a whole week caused me to have a reaction. Severe lowe back pain and pelvic pain. Must be allergic to the dye they use.
