I have had a good experience with Claritin-D 12 hour. There are some mornings that I wake up and can barely open my eyes, because they are so swollen from allergies. I can't even function on days like that with out clarintin-D. I will have a runny nose, watery eyes, puffy eyes, and will be constantly sneezing until I take a claritin-D 12 hour, and I feel 10 times better. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.
