I used it when I had a bad headache once and it worked wonders for me. It also provided a fair amount of relief when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The variety of it is great, and even the chewable tablets are excellent (and taste well).

I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.

I find that the Qualaquin does not act as fast as previous quinine did. Usually takes 15 minutes or more to realize leg cramp effects. Sometines takes 2 tablets for compete relief.

My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. I had a hysterectomy the same month the doctor prescribed this so I am unsure if its the levothyroid or effects of no hormones...maybe a little of both. Doctors changed me from generic Levo to Tirosint. Was fine for the first 6 weeks. At the 6 week mark began to experience pain in my foot which became severe nerve pain, numbness, and tingling in both feet over the course of a 3 weeks.
