I'm 24 yrs old and I took the 3 Gardasil shots, I had not immediate side effects until about 2 weeks after my last shot I started feeling week, tired and sleeping more than usual. I started breaking out baddly on my face and back, its nothing like I have ever experienced before. (Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. In the first year, I had issues with migraines, but that's calmed down during the second year. It also has been difficult to control my weight, which is my biggest issue with it. I do not take pomegranate on too regular of a basis, but I feel that the results I have seen in myself are not just a result of pomegranate use but by a combination of pomegranates and other supplements.

I used Zicam a lot whenever I started to feel sick, and I think it worked (it can be hard to tell because the cold was only developing, but it never got any worse). Unfortunately, I used the Zicam Q-tips as well and lost some of my sense of smell. Now I do not enjoy food as much because I cannot taste it.
