This drug was a last ditch effort for me. It was trying this or having ECT which I am strongly against. I am happy that pristiq has given me much needed relief not only from depression but from anxiety as well. The only really awful side effect I had at first was nausea. It was very strong for about 3 weeks and then faded as time has gone on. I would recommend anyone whose tried other medications that haven't worked well for them to try this one.

I have chronic muscular pain and excedrin relieves my pain and makes it feel better enough for me to undergo my daily activities, i have never experienced any bad effects from this medication.

Zomig

Very effective at shutting down a migraine. The earlier in the development of the migraine the lower the dose I need to take. However.... over the last few years I have developed "chronic" or daily migraines and I think Zomig could be the cause. Have apt to see specialist to evaluate.

This was the last treatment prescribed after calcium blockers swelled my lower extremities and had ghout after my other treatments. . I felt better with bendroflurazide but after gout which I had been prone to (my first attack at 18 after a glass of port!) My GP would not prescribe again for me. But my blood pressure was down to 135 with benfdrofuazide. Which I would prefer to go back to and put up with the severe pain of GOUT!! I have suffered from Menier's disease for 13 years. Despite the ups and downs of this condition, i did not let it control my life. The doctor gave 14 days of Levaquin for sinus infection. After 3 my lowerback/hips, thighs, knees all hurt. Also every joint in my body hurts. I took 6 days of it and quit. It helped my sinus infection, but I can't hardly walk, especially if I have been sitting for a while. Also, I had a horrible taste while taking it.
