I like the taste of banslochan a lot. I like it because it tastes like a chalk which one tends to have when he/she is suffering from a deficiency of Calcium in his/her body.I am not very sure of ILL effects of consuming Banslochan for a long time. Kindly, guide guide me if, i should stop having it as its being almost 8 years i am regularly consuming it.Suggest if it is anyways harmful to me in near future.

Since I have been taking Synthyroid 0.25mcg, I have started spotting between periods. It did not start until I start taking the medication. I do have more energy and I feel my muscles being sore like my metabolism is increasing but the spotting is bothering me. Is anybody else spotting while taking this medicine for the first time, and if yes, how long does the spotting last, or does it stay forever or go away after my body gets used to the medication. Ive been on Lybrel for around 7 months and its been good. In the beginning I had no spotting but instead i had HUGE mood swings, I would get extremely mad about nothing. After a while the mood swings stopped and a few weeks later I started spotting which didn't stop for about 6-7 weeks. It was extremely light so it didn't really feel like i was spotting. I switched to Caduet to combine High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol medications I was taking. I didn't notice any side effects and it seems to have worked well treating both issues.
