This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. Her blood pressure has dropped significantly since taking this medication. It used to be almost 200/ 90 and now her blood pressure is about 140/80, which is still a bit higher than normal, but still much lower than it used to be.
