You have to start easy with Zyflamend. One a day for a few days. There is nothing in this supplement to warrant stomach pain unless people are misusing. More is not better in this case. This is a very good supplement. Maybe people need to check other supplements for "duplication".

my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him. For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning.
